The sun shines brighter for me today, but that’s just my perception.

ANOTHER BIRTHDAY.

By Guillermo Cides

Dear all: I am already older. Many of us are already old. From this adulthood that hides a child inside, I can only surrender on my knees before a universe that has allowed me to exist. That today is my birthday is just an accident, one more product of the wonderful chaos that is life. A chaos that, at some point, is organized and allows me to receive unexpected love from all of you through your messages and hugs. Hugs that I respect and honor as any mortal should honor a tribute. Many of you are my friends, and for those of you who aren’t, I know we could easily be. There is no more secret: there has never been a difference between us, and we are so deadly brothers that I thank you for all the greetings on this December 18th as much as on January 4th or August 22nd (and all the dates of your own birthday). The sun shines brighter for me today, but that’s just my perception.
Sagittarius hugs.

G.C.
